Louis Hatchett provides access to a wide variety of videos, audio files, articles, ebooks, plus other digital products and services that are for the purpose of education, information and entertainment. Our products and services include; video lessons, audio recordings, ebooks, articles, blog posts, free membership subscriptions and/or pre-paid membership services that expire, plus other products and services in digital and/or physical form. We provide online access to individuals who want to purchase our products and services through one-time purchases, monthly subscription service and pre-paid memberships on our website.
Due to the digital nature of the audio, video and document files, and the fact that you can watch the full-length video and/or audio presentation on our website without cost, all sales are final.
Once a digital product and/or service has been delivered by email or posted online; in the form of reading, viewing, watching a video or listening to an audio or video presentation online or by a direct download, the product or service we sell or giveaway is consumed by the user and therefore cannot be returned unused.
We offer NO Refund on the sales of any downloaded digital file. I only warrant the integrity of the video and/or audio files and will replace any file that is damaged or lost during or after your purchase – as long as you are an active member.
You can request new download links for any digital product you have purchased by visiting your Member Dashboard or the Purchase History page located under the View-Cart Checkout Tab in the Main Menu.
The use of any video or audio file that you download are for your personal use and a source of information and entertainment. Your purchase indicates that you agree with the above statement and all published policies on this website.
Direct Sales of Featured Products
When you choose to purchase a Featured Product on the Site, you will be redirected to www.PayPal.com to complete your transaction on the PayPal® secure server. After you complete the payment process, PayPal® will email you a receipt and communicate with this Site that a purchase has been completed. I will also email you a receipt of your purchase and give you instructions on how to download the digital products you ordered.
I only use PayPal.com for all credit/debit card transactions to guarantee your security and privacy. A PayPal® account is not required to make a purchase.
